Boiled
- Bring water to the boil
- Add in frozen dumplings, and immediately reduce heat to a simmer
- If left to boil rapidly, dumplings could be torn open
- Cook for 8-10 minutes
- Drain and serve
Steamed
- Line steamer with greaseproof paper
- Place in frozen dumplings and steam for 8 – 10 minutes
- Serve
Potstickers
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil
- Add in frozen dumplings
- Cook dumplings until browned to desired liking, moving around to ensure no sticking, approximately 2 – 3 minutes
- Add in roughly ½ cup of water, and immediately place a lid over the pan.
- This will allow the dumplings to steam, whilst also preventing mess, as the pan will spit
- Continue to cook dumplings for 5 – 7 minutes
- Remove the lid to release steam and to evaporate the remaining liquid. Serve
